🍂 Fall Adventure Hub – Maine 2026

Fall foliage from Mount Battie overlooking Camden Harbor within Penobscot Bay

Welcome to our Fall Adventure Hub! This is where we’re sharing our master plan for exploring Maine during peak autumn. Think of it as part travel guide, part vision board, part checklist—something to inspire your own Maine fall adventure.

Midcoast Maine

🍁 Midcoast Maine – Camden, Rockland, Lincolnville and South Thomaston

This stretch of the coast is one of the most popular leaf-peeping destinations in New England, thanks to its mix of harbor views, mountain lookouts, and charming towns.

  • Mount Battie (1.4 mi RT) – A short but rewarding hike in Camden Hills State Park with sweeping views over Camden Harbor and Penobscot Bay, especially breathtaking during fall foliage.  The lookout tower perched atop Mount Battie offers you a classic autumn shot, or an epic selfie!
